Salon Policy

  • It’s important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments through Boulevard are subject to the following terms:

    * You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.

    * Less than 24 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).

    * If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled service(s).

    * Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

    * As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.

    * For a full experience, please arrive at least ten (10) minutes before your scheduled appointment time to included the consultation.

  • We ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind.  Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment.

  • Metropolis Salon requires a valid credit card on file in order to secure all bookings.

  • We ask that any gratuity be made in the form of cash or through each stylist’s Venmo account. Please note that gratuities cannot be added to credit card sales.

  • We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Metropolis Salon. In the event that you are not satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed, to make any adjustments. We do not offer monetary refunds on products or services rendered.

  • Metropolis Salon reserves the right to refuse services to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff, is visibly intoxicated, communicable illness, or violates our Salon Policies.

  • Including concealed firearms are prohibited on these premises.

  • While we happily provide services for walk-in clients, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure that we can accommodate your needs.
